Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to book. May request license for verification.
Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors and their property.
Parking: Free parking is available on-site.
Pets: No pets are allowed to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of all guests.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors. Applies to all smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping)
No Illegal Substances: Prohibition of any illegal activities on the premises.
Trash: Place all trash in the designated outdoor bin and keep it locked to prevent wildlife access.
Guest Limit: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.
Dishes: We ask you to place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn it on before leaving.
Locking Doors and Windows: We ask to ensure doors and windows are locked for security when leaving the premises.
Reporting Damages: Please promptly report any damages or issues to the host or if there is any emergency cleaning of any kind that might be needed.
